Happy birthday tomorrow to
tiredangel18! (I wish I could remember how to say "happy birthday" in Polish.)
Tomorrow is the start of fall quarter. I have my locker at school set up, and will be bringing more books and other school necessities in between now and next week. My jacket is hanging in the locker. There's enough room in there for some books and course packets, a pair of shoes, an interview suit and shirts. We've already started forming study groups. (My theory is that we're so far behind that we do things ahead of time just to close the gap by some minute amount.)

i'm not sure, although from what i can tell business school is different in many ways from graduate school in a lot of other fields. it is very social, and extremely intense. i definitely have to put in an effor to go out and socialize -- there are times when i just want to stay home in bed and curl up with a good book but i can't. all in all, though, i'd say it's worth it. i'm enjoying myself, and chicago is a cool town. :)
